Guests were our first choice of estate agent due to positive feedback from our friends who had been previous clients.
The initial steps were professional, speedy and reassuring for ourselves as sellers. James gave a  brilliant service in his evaluation of the property and the talk through of the process. The subsequent follow-up allowed us to meet other members team who too gave an air of a very professional service but with a warm friendly approach. The wattsapp communication for updates is exceptional with timely responses to queries and extremely useful for updates. A big shout out to Nikki and Rachel who provided alot of assurance during a very stressful time in moving with a big and unpredictable chain. Advise on accepting offers and legal Conveyancer to use was brilliant from Rachel, Nikki's support was amazing and sales progression from Ann complimented the service we had already received.
Our chain was challenging with lots of twists anf turns all the above worked extremely hard to get it over the line and offering us updates, assurance and laughs during the process.

It is no surprise to me that Guest have a near perfect google rating! From one agent to another I can honestly say that these guys are absolutely exemplary 'Estate Agents' and have been wonderful throughout our property purchase. Guest really have their customer service perfected whereby every member of the team is invested in your purchase. Updates are provided constantly which we appreciated given we were part of a very long and difficult chain. Guest helped us obtain our dream home which we will be forever grateful for. For us its all about communication! We had previously tried to sell our property with other local agents, we didn't want to go back to them this time as we found one of them was almost impossible to get hold of, so we imagine that potential buyers would be struggling too - the others were far too pushy, we hoped this may work in our favour as they may close a sale quicker and for a better price... but they didn't. So Guest was a breath of fresh air; useful information delivered in a friendly way, never pushy but always available when you need them. They use Whatsapp to keep communication open at all times which makes great sense when you're working with all of their team and there were 2 of us selling. Guest acted on a couple of properties we sought to purchase. In spite of the the inevitable ups and downs of finding the next home, can vouch for their proactive, highly professional and honest approach. This is a wonderful company.
I recently sold my home and used this company. Nothing was too much trouble for them, all the work they did was excellent and they remained very friendly.
